American Helicopters, Inc. has been approved by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to provide flight training under the Montgomery GI Bill. Through this program, qualified veterans can be reimbursed for up to 60% of flight training costs for any ratings after Private Pilot.

As a veteran, you may qualify for educational benefits under the GI Bill for Active Duty or Selected Reserve. Our approval also includes: the Reserve Educational Assistance Program (REAP); the Post-Vietnam Era Veteran’s Educational Assistance Program (VEAP); and Section 903, the Educational Assistance Pilot Program.

Generally, you have 10 years after you leave active duty to take advantage of your GI Bill Benefits.

All reimbursable training must be done through our FAA Part 141 flight training courses.
